
Dr. Antonio H. Wong, Medical Director
Dr. Wong is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Medicine and has been practicing Family Medicine in South Florida since 1993. He completed his graduate training in Family Practice at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident in Family Practice. Currently, Dr. Wong is a Voluntary Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine Miller (U.M.) School of Medicine, Board Certified, Diplomat, and Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice and National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Wong is fluent in English, Spanish, and Cantonese. His professional affiliations includes: Society of Teachers of Family Medicine, The American Medical Associations, the American Academy of Family Physicians, The Broward County Medical Association, and the Florida Medical Association. Dr. Wong is on active staff at Memorial West Hospital and Memorial Miramar Hospital. Dr. Wong is listed in Who is Who in America, Who is Who in Medicine, and Outstanding Young Men in America. Dr. Wong is passionate about promoting accessible and affordable primary preventive care for all people and devoted to educate future health professionals in their journey in primary care and in their delivery of medical care in a professional and compassionate manner to their patients. He currently sees patients in Plantation and Pembroke Pines.

Dr. Meeta Govindarajan M.D., F.A.A.F.P
Dr. Meeta Govindarajan, MD is board certified in Internal Medicine and obtained her MD degree at Chennai Medical College in Chennai, India. She completed her residency in New York Methodist Hospital. Dr. Govindarajan approaches medicine with unmitigated compassion.

Dr. Jorge Camilo Mora M.D., MPH
Dr. Jorge Camilo Mora, MD, MPH is board certified in Family Medicine and has completed a fellowship in Geriatrics at Cleveland Clinic. He obtained his MD degree at the National University of Colombia and his MPH degree at the Harvard School of Public Health. He completed his residency through the Tallahassee Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program. He currently also serves as a founding faculty member of the Florida International University School of Medicine. Dr. Mora has a passion in a comprehensive view of medicine stemmed from Eastern and Western influences.

Dr. Rafael Perez-Gonzalez M.D
Dr. Rafael Perez Gonzalez is a Foreign Medical Doctor with a Critical Need Area License, Foreign Orthopedic surgeon, with years of ongoing experience as a family practitioner. Dr. Perez Gonzalez has spent four years as an orthopedic surgeon in an adult facility as well as two years as an orthopedic surgeon in pediatric facility. He demonstrates an enormous capacity to be a team worker, and a passionate helper in health.
Dr. Perez Gonzalez has worked for two years in Hospital Pediatrico Eduardo Agramonte Pina as an orthopedic surgeon, four years at Hospital Provincial Manuel Ascunce Domenech as an orthopedic surgeon, and three years at Policlinico Comunitario 13 de marzo as a family practice physician. Dr. Perez Gonzalez is fluent in Spanish and English.
Dr. Perez Gonzalez focuses on connecting with the patient and understanding their need holistically. With his experienced background and dedication to serve in an area of critical need, he continues to demonstrate compassion for all individuals.
